Shipping policy

The package will be shipped out within 4 working days after order confirmation. 

We provide Standard and Expedited shipping for your preference. Both options are registered parcel and the tracking information will be available after we sync the tracking number in the order page. 

Usually the expedited shipping takes about 5 working days by related logistics supplier while the standard shipping takes about 10 working days by air express via YunExpress to the US, EU and JP from warehouse in Shenzhen, CN.  Free shipping to HK, TW & MO via SF express.

1 year warranty for all our camera products. The start date is related to the shipping date recorded with the Series Number (SN). SN is on the back of the film chamber cover.

Please note that for expedited shipping, the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and any other additional charges that may arise.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
